Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell).

1 capsule 2 times a day with plenty of water, after a meal.

Avoid during pregnancy and lactation. People with nephrolithiasis and those taking medication for depression should consult their doctor before taking vitamin C. Zinc should only be taken with the consent of your doctor. Some patients may experience mild gastrointestinal upset, such as nausea when taking zinc on an empty stomach. Also, long-term intake of 25mg or more zinc is likely to lead to anemia.

Store in a closed container, in a cool dry environment, protected from light. Keep away from small children.
