MEET OUR FOUNDER<\/h3>\n

The idea of Personal Wellness was conceived when Angela Karathanasis, the company\u2019s visionary and founder, identified the lack of personalisation and prevention in the field of wellness, when she returned to Greece after her studies in the UK. She was led to this conclusion by observing the needs of third parties, but mainly through her personal experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Very soon, this initial realisation became a need, which in turn was followed by targeted action. The founder wanted to bring new, innovative perspective into the way we approach health, nutrition, and wellness, through the prism of scientific wellness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Angela identified people’s common need for a comprehensive, science-based interpretation of wellness, with an emphasis on prevention, and a truly personalised approach on how wellness is achieved. Every person is unique. In pursuing an optimum level of well-being, everyone must follow a unique path. This vision led to the establishment of the first one-stop nutrition-prevention-wellness centre in Greece.<\/span><\/p>\n

The founder strongly believes that achieving a healthier, more harmonious, and better lived life is guaranteed, given the right tools and the right guidance. Her vision is for Personal Wellness to pave that way for each and everyone of us, allowing us to become the best version of ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n
