The innovative combination of B-complex vitamins, trace elements, minerals, plant ingredients and melatonin. The formula is enhanced by the natural soothing action of honeysuckle, passionflower and Griffonia and L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid which is also a precursor to serotonin, melatonin and niacin.

Griffonia Simplicifolia: 5-HTP can be synthesized in the laboratory by extraction from the seeds of the Griffonia simplicifolia plant and is the hydroxylated form of the amino acid tryptophan. The amino acid tryptophan is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin.

Passionflower – Maca root – Honeysuckle – Hops: Soothing action with antioxidant properties.

Melatonin: A hormone produced by the epiphysis and synthesized from tryptophan. It helps relieve jet lag and can help regulate circadian rhythms in several biological functions by promoting and regulating sleep in a normal way.
