Nutritional value:
Griffonia Simplicifolia: 5-HTP can be synthesized in the laboratory by extraction from the seeds of the Griffonia simplicifolia plant and is the hydroxylated form of the amino acid tryptophan. The amino acid tryptophan is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin.
Ginkgo Biloba: Contains two groups of active substances: flavonoids and terpene lactones. It has antioxidant properties and contributes to the protection of the body from oxidative stress.
Rhodiola Rosea: Helps stimulate cognitive functions in a state of stress.
Choline: Participates in the proper functioning of the brain and in particular cognitive memory.
Calcium carbonate, choline bicarbonate, Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract (30% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)), Rhodiola rosea root extract (3% rosavin and 1% salidroside),
Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract (10% flavonoids).
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell).
1 capsule 2 times a day with plenty of water.

Do not take at the same time as sedatives, antidepressants and hypnotics. To be avoided if suffering from hypertension or epilepsy or while taking anticoagulants (asenocoumarol). Avoid during pregnancy and lactation
Store in a closed container, in a cool and dry environment, protected from light and away from small children.
